We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders.
All shipments within Canada are dispatched via Canada Post or UPS with full tracking for your convenience.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after processing.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has left our facility, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
For our U.S. customers, we offer a flat shipping rate of $24.99 USD on all orders.
All packages are shipped from Brossard, Quebec, via UPS Tracked Shipping, ensuring fast and secure delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after processing.
Each order includes end-to-end tracking, and delivery times are typically reliable thanks to our cross-border logistics network.
3. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 0 to 1 business day for processing before shipment.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Pre-Orders
For products labeled as pre-order, additional time may be required before shipment. The estimated timeframe will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Payment Verification Delays
If your payment requires verification or experiences a delay, processing time may be slightly extended.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped and ready to follow its journey.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes
🇨🇦 Canadian Customers
Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to additional customs fees. All items are shipped directly from our Canadian warehouse, ensuring quick and smooth delivery.
🇺🇸 U.S. Customers
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on your location and order value.
These fees are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
UPS or USPS will contact you directly if any import charges apply prior to delivery.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping fees, return charges, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items:

Include your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description of the issue.
We will investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect address and the order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately to correct it.
Once a package has been dispatched, KeyboardsVanta is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. International Shipping
At this time, KeyboardsVanta ships to Canada and the United States only.
We are actively working on expanding to more regions and will update this policy as soon as international shipping becomes available.
