4. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent by KeyboardsVanta.
This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and restocking costs.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a KeyboardsVanta error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product).

All returns must be prepaid and insured for their full value.

We do not accept C.O.D. (collect on delivery) shipments.
If the return is approved due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Buyerโs Choice / Change of Mind:
Exchanges due to preference or fit are allowed if the product is unused and in original packaging. The customer covers return shipping and any price differences between items.
Custom-made or modified items are not eligible for exchanges.
